Leonard’s profound passion for cooking and fine wine was born in his early childhood, growing up in the heart of a family vineyard. It was there, surrounded by the craft of making distinct wine varieties and growing organic food, that his deep respect for the land and ingredients was cemented.
An accomplished restaurateur, Leonard previously owned his own successful restaurant back home, hosted countless high-end private events, and spent years refining his skills in some of the most prestigious dining establishments in West Bloomfield, Michigan, and New York. While long specialized in the rich traditions of Italian cuisine, his culinary journey has culminated in a deep, lifelong passion for French cuisine.
